Payment

Full payment is required before production or shipment.

Stock & Reprints

Most products are sold from available stock.

Out-of-stock fabrics require a minimum reprint quantity of 50 yards and approximately 3–4 weeks for production.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Up to 5 yards: USD $125
  • 5–10 yards: USD $150
  • 10–15 yards: USD $175
  • Larger orders quoted separately.

Separate shipping charges apply for multiple delivery addresses.

Remote destinations may require transfer to local carriers and additional transit time.

Return

Inspection & Claims

Please inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.

Claims for damaged, missing, defective or incorrectly shipped items must be submitted within 3–5 business days.

Returns

All sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly shipped goods reported within 3–5 business days.

Fusing / Backing

We provide Fusing / Backing on Fabrics at no additional cost as per your requirement.

Care

How do I care for my hand block printed textiles?

  • Dry cleaning is recommended
  • Use very gentle detergent if washing
  • Wash separately in cold water or hand wash
  • Hang to dry, do not tumble dry, soak, or bleach
  • Iron on light heat if needed
  • Color variations may occur due to the nature of hand block printing

Wallpapers

  • Sold by the roll.
  • Digitally printed and produced to order.

Fabrics

  • Sold subject to stock availability.
  • Orders under 6 yards incur a 25% surcharge.
  • Sale fabrics must be purchased in full available quantity.
  • CFAs are available only for orders of 10 yards or more.

Lampshades

  • Sold as available.
  • Custom lampshades are not offered.

Miniature Paintings

Sold on an "as seen" basis.

Chick Blinds

  • Natural bamboo variations are part of their character.
  • Maximum recommended width is 75–80 inches.
  • COM requests are accepted subject to separate policies.
