What is your return policy?

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, the sale is complete.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or we have mis-shipped your order, please contact us at contact@sloaneluxuryinteriors.com within 3–5 working days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to make it right.

When reporting damaged or incorrect items, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item or incorrect product
  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and provide a resolution promptly.
