Process / How to Order

1. To order please send us your requirement via email at contact@sloaneluxuryinteriors.com

2. We will send you a price list or a formal quote as instructed by you

3. 100% advance is required before shipping

4. We will then send you a Performa invoice with our terms and conditions (please see terms and conditions for this)

5. Once advance is received, we will process your order

6. If you change your mind after the advance paid, we will not refund any amount.

7. All items once ordered are FINAL SALE- please refer to returns

8. You will be informed in advance once your order is ready to ship to pay the balance payment

9. We will ship your order and forward you all tracking information
