- These unique qualities add to the appeal and authenticity of each piece
- Please keep this in mind while ordering, as these variations are not considered defects

Who can purchase from Sloane by Hand?
Textiles, lampshades, hand-painted and printed wallpaper, and curtain panels are available to the trade only. We exclusively sell in-stock items and do not offer made-to-order products unless specifically indicated.
How to order
We do not process orders directly through our website. To place an order, please contact us at contact@sloaneluxuryinteriors.com with your requirements. Our team will assist you with product availability, pricing and order confirmation.
Payment Terms
100% payment is required in advance before shipping. Once we receive your payment in any form, it signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions.
Final Sale Policy
All items are final sale. Once an order is placed and payment is received, we cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds if you change your mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
For out-of-stock items, we require a minimum reorder of 20 yards. Production and delivery take 2–3 weeks. Due to the hand block print method and natural materials, please expect up to 10% variation in the reprint.
What does "lot" mean in your product listings?
A lot refers to one continuous piece of fabric. For example, if you need 6 yards and the lot is 6 yards, you'll receive one piece. If you need 8 yards, you'll receive one 6-yard piece plus one 2-yard piece.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rates are calculated based on yardage:
- $100 for every 10 yards
- Example: 15 yards = $150 | 20 yards = $200 | 25 yards = $250
Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to you when you place your order via email.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your payment is received and processed, we will prepare your order for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
What if I need items shipped to multiple addresses?
Shipping will be charged separately for each different address.
Delivery Timeline
Textiles and in-stock items: Standard delivery is 7–10 business days from the date of shipment.
- Textiles and curtain panels: 7–10 working days (in stock)
- Hand-painted wallpaper: 7–10 days (in stock only; not sold online)
- Miniature art: 7–10 days (in stock only; not sold online)
- Printed wallpaper: 10–20 working days
- Lampshades: 7–10 days
*Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners. We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
What if my delivery address is remote?
DHL may transfer remote deliveries to USPS, which could add a few extra days to delivery time.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Open your package immediately and inspect all items. Report any damage or incorrect shipments within 3–5 working days of receipt. If items are opened months after delivery, we cannot address damages.
Return
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, the sale is complete.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or we have mis-shipped your order, please contact us at contact@sloaneluxuryinteriors.com within 3–5 working days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to make it right.
When reporting damaged or incorrect items, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item or incorrect product
- Description of the issue
We will review your claim and provide a resolution promptly.
Fusing / Backing
We provide Fusing / Backing on Fabrics at no additional cost as per your requirement.
Care
How do I care for my hand block printed textiles?
- Dry cleaning is recommended
- Use very gentle detergent if washing
- Wash separately in cold water or hand wash
- Hang to dry, do not tumble dry, soak, or bleach
- Iron on light heat if needed
- Color variations may occur due to the nature of hand block printing
